CLIVE ISENBERG,
Managing Director
Clive is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a fellow of CPA Australia and holds a post graduate of accounting. He has many years of experience in the accounting profession and was a partner of a major international accounting firm prior to moving into financial services in 1984. In 1988 Clive Isenberg founded Scottish Pacific Business Finance. Under his direction, Scottish Pacific Business Finance went on to become Australia and New Zealand's largest and most successful cash flow financier with a reputation of being the region's only truly specialist SME financier. He also spent many years as a Director of Bank of Scotland's investments in Australia including Bank of Western Australia Holdings Ltd, BOS International (Australia) Ltd and Capital Finance Ltd.
In 1994 Clive founded the Institute of Factors and Discounters of Australia and New Zealand and was its inaugural Chairman. Two years later he was elected Chairman of the world Factoring and Invoice Discounting body, Factors Chain International. In 2000 Clive sold the Scottish Pacific Business Finance group to Australia's fifth largest bank, St. George Bank. He became General Manager of St. George Banks' newly created Business Customers division, which he successfully ran for three years until his retirement from the Bank in early 2004. Clive was an independent director of the listed National Hire Group Ltd during its acquisition of Allight, Coates Hire and Sykes Pumps. He resigned as a director in late 2011 once the group was 100% acquired. He is Chairman of Oxford Asia Pacific Investments, a private equity investment group.
PETER GAMMELL,

Peter Gammell is one of Australia's leading and most successful businessmen. He is a director of numerous companies in Australia, USA, UK and China and Managing Director of Seven Group Holdings which owns or controls interests such as Seven Media Group, the Caterpillar franchises Westrac Australia and Westrac China, Coates Hire and The Western Australian Newspaper group to name a few. Seven Group Holdings has also become a significant investor in Agricultural Bank of China Ltd in its IPO in 2011. Prior to the Seven Group Holdings merger, Peter was Executive Chairman of Kerry Stokes’ private company, Australian Capital Equity Pty. Ltd. ['ACE'] for many years.
Between 1984 and 1989 Peter was a director of Castle Cairn (Financial Services) Ltd. an investment management company based in Edinburgh, Scotland and a member of IMRO. Also during this time he was a director of Cairn Energy Management Limited and Cairn Energy PLC.
Peter was Chairman of the former subsidiary of Bank of Scotland, Scottish Pacific Business Finance Holdings Ltd for many years and instrumental in its sale to St. George Bank. Former public company directorships include B Digital Ltd. and R M Williams Holdings Ltd.
